New Car - Removal of Wooshy Dump Valve

Picked up my ibiza today, car is so far so good

One problem i have noticed that needs addressing is the wooshy dump valve which has been fitted.

I have ordered a 007p but need to figure out where the re-circ pipe is to plumb the new dump valve in.

I have a corregated pipe with a breather filter on the end of it, that without looking any harder is the only thing i can see which would do the job.

The car also has an open filter fitted, if anyone has any photos of the 007p in place, or the standard re-circ with an air filter of some sort fitted that would be great.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ok Cokie,

I've figured out how to fit the 007p. Just been out at 02:00 (It's Freezing) and had a better look with the engine cover off and can see where it all needs to go.

ive got a leon so it may differ... but.... the corregated pipe with the filter on the end isnt involved in the dv fitting. when mine was stock this pipe went into the air filter box. so its there because theres an after market air filter.

cant think where the recirc pipe comes from. at work today but im sure peeps on here will go take a look at theres today. its the most common mod.

the corrugated pipe is for the secondary air pump feed - i'll see if i can find a pic for you for the DV - but basically you're looking for a 1" pipe that's got a bung
