New Disks

Was thinkin of getting these drilled and grooved brakes for my altea.. would they fit with the BBS 18 inch alloys.

Does anyone have them on a 2.0TDi 140

I dont have drilled/groved disks myself but yes these would fit. Standard Altea TDi 140s are 288mm/255mm. new FRs are 312mm/286mm

I put 312mm on mine at front and still toying with 286mm on the back, though its a bit more work to upgrade the back ones...

if you give David (seremotors) a pm and give him your VIN number he can check on ETKA the correct size that was fitted as standard to you car at birth

If you PM Bill @ Badger5 (see his section on the main forum page) he'll give you a really good price on the discs (and pads if you need them!)

When I replaced the rears on mine, he was the best price by far, and the best service to!

Wouldnt bank on it - ETKA isnt 100% reliable on brakes as we found out to our cost!!!
Even on my FR tdi it flags up the wrong size of rear discs
