I change my 17 plate Leon fr 1.4 tsi next week to a 73 plate Formentor Dsg 190 4 drive.
The Leon has been outstanding for the 6 years I've owned it.
Seat here in Stoke-on-Trent have done me a good deal tbf.
One thing I've requested is a spare wheel kit, the service folk weren't in so they knocked £200 off the price and said they'd order one tomorrow.
I assume that the one in my Leon won't fit?
They only have one key so are ordering another, no charge.
I fancied the top power car but wife said no!
Looking forward to picking it up.

Hope the Formentor is as good as your Léon. My mk3 Leon FR space saver looked exactly the same as my mk4 Cupra Leon wheel. I was going to keep it until I looked in the boot and realised the 245 Leon’s had a space saver included. I have no idea re brakes etc being compatible, but some members will I’m sure advise. I’m assuming the Formentor hub is identical to the Leon's.

I've got the same engine in V2 spec. I tested the 1.5 150 petrol and the 2.0 310 petrol. The former was a bit under powered in such a heavy car and had to be worked hard to make decent progress, which hit the economy and also made a lot more harsh noise. The latter was a hoot to drive and properly quick and sounded mega with all the pops and bangs on the overrun. But £600 a year VED, high insurance and mid 20's real world MPG made it too expensive for a daily drive for me. The other engine choice of 2.0 245 petrol (basically the GTi engine) was even rarer to find than the 190, which itself was also pretty rare. Plus the 245 was 2 wheel drive only, so off my shopping list. So, it was the 2.0 190 V2 petrol in metallic tech grey that was my choice. Took many months to find "the one" with a couple of wasted trips (one all the way Reading from Lincolnshire, which ragged me off big time, as car was not not in decent condition or properly prepared and they refused to rectify issues or move on price). Eventually found a good one at Leicester which was 8 months old with 3000 miles showing. Almost spotless with just the odd small stone chips on bonnet and one on passenger door and perfect alloys. Looks like a new car inside. Came with 3 years paint and wheel insurance FOC and I negotiated £900 off the listed price. I'm loving mine, looks mighty fine inside and out, very high spec, and drives great. It's put the fun back into driving for me as the 3-series BMW M sport coupe I had was just undriveable on the local rural roads (basically farm tracks in some parts) where I live (due to low profile runflats, sports suspension and low ground clearance). Only drawback is people continually asking what it is, "Ooh! What a lovely car, What is it?" then after you tell them they still are non the wiser or say that it's a Seat then. More than enough power for me and returning high 30 to low 40 MPG on extra urban use. Had one warranty issue for the dreaded SOS fault, but all fixed now.
