New FR TDI ordered

Hi, Ordered a Black FR TDI with the 18" rims last week and delivery should be this thursday (1st Feb) but reading all about the niggles on here I am starting to think it may have been a mistake. Not worried about dealer servicing being an ex VAG technician i will do that myself (just need to find how to cancel the service reminder)
I hope some of you can convince me I have not made a mistake. I took a very long test drive , two infact, one in the 140 ps TDI then the FR and got smitten so in that respect I am happy, it's just the niggles I keep reading about on here that is worrying me.

Remember people will generally only post when things go wrong. There will be lots of owners without any problems.

I haven't had a single problem with my FR TDi yet. I'm only 1000 miles in but so far so good!

Good to hear, having just brought a new Focus for the wifes birthday and have had nothing but grief with both the dealer and ford saying tuff luck and not accepting our rejecting the car (continious rattles from the moment it left the forecourt) now leaving us with only the expensive legal route I don't want the same thing again. If this car isn't 100 % when i collect it I will reject it on the spot, which is what we should have done with the ford.
Hopefuly on Thursday I will be posting how pleased I am with it.

yep i have been fine, some condensation issues, but i nuked the car with full heating thru all the vents while driving in my boxers....jokeLOL and its not been back. no noise no rattles.touch wood.
