its looking very tidy and in good nick
modding wise, its a good idea to get all the cupra model parts as theyre fairly easy to come by and often reasonably cheap.
-chin spoiler from 8v or 16v,the 16v ones a little deeper
-Cupra headlights.these are much nicer looking than normal
ibiza HL
-front fogs, though you can always get the fog panels and mesh the holes instead.

-boot spoiler (which you already have)
-bee sting aerial(which you already have)
-side skirts;im not sure if these fit any differently to a 5 door, but I doubt it

-reflective boot panel.these are quite hard to ge thold of,but basically the plastic panel between the lights is a red reflective one on the GTis which matches the rear lights and looks really nice.

Interior wise, you can look at cupra or 1.4 sport sets as both have decent buckets in,or you can use a set from a mk3 golf.
Mk3 steering wheels I believe are a direct fit,and the mk2 gti and cupras both have leather bound wheels.
There are many variations of ther heater controls in alloy, chrome look or brushed alloy, these can easily be found on ebay for cheap.
