Alreight all, i currently got a 1.2 ibiza mk 4 in red, and i do a lot o motorway driving, could realy do with a 6th gear haha.

i have been lookin at the new fr 1.8 20v in candy white, what does everyone rekon to them?i aint actuli been in the 1.8 petrol 1, would like to know what they pull like and what they like off start,

wen im 18 im going to test drive one, but also i been driving for a year and was on my dads policy, so no ncb. when i am looking for the new ibiza i will be 19, and with 1 years ncb hopefuly, would like to know some prices that you all pay on insurance

If you`re doing lots of miles get the TDI not petrol. Only the TDI has 6 gears. But either way at 19 the FR may be an awful lot to insure, but if you have the cash......

Lots of people on here are quite young with FR`s tho.

I have a 20VT FR and its great. If you don`t mind filling up with petrol alot get one!

so u recon coz i do lots o motorway drivin then i hsould get the diesal 1, it is about 2k cheepz on insurance aswell, so no brainer realy, but its mre expensive to initaly buy, have you seen any in candy white?

Id go for the Tdi mate. Better for motorway work and cheaper on the insurance. Im 18 and got one insured for a £1000 fully Comp

I would definately go for the tdi as well. Just so you know, my dealer doesnt let anyone below 21 test drive much!

ahh, ok, well the one near me must my mate test drove the leon n he is 19, so ill have to see, if not ill have a go in sum 1 elses

Get the TDi you will never regret it once you have one!!

candy white could be a good look... like the style

get a diesel it's the best of both worlds

you will find it hard to get a Candy White one now, there are only a handfull about and now the dealers are not takeing orders for any new IBIZA's You might have to look for another color.

1.8 T onlt has 5 speed so you'd be in the same boat as your 1.2... choose wisely!
