New leon tail lights

Any1 no where can get the new leon tail lights from??
Look miles better than mk2 tail lights...

Breakers yard or Seat dealers...problem is that you need the face lift model for them to fit otherwise you will need to replace the boot. The indicators will fit both pre and face lift models.

I wanted a set of the tick style ones and they are sold by dectane for the Pre FL but are LHD only.. Btw its only MOT fail so just a matter of swapping them around at MOT time, or is it a police issue too?

There have been threads about the Dectane taillights being LHD only. People overcame this by switching some wires around so it would work as though it is RHD and pass the MOT. Just look in the first or second page of this section and you'll find the one I am talking about.

@Masterkm oh okay! I like the ones you posted but in all honesty I wouldn't spend that much money for tail lights when the Leon's are already hot! lol

The cost atm is the only thing holding me back, and you are right the car looks good as it is.

Yeah, I am actually very fond of the Leon's tail lights on both the pre-facelift and the facelift, although the latter is my favorite, but then again I have the facelift so maybe I am biased. They both certainly look better than the ones on a lot of cars in the market, especially the Golf's.

I saw a 62 plate SE copa with the LED tick lights and it did look smart, but I knew what they were so thought it was a bit silly on a standard car...

I think it's a lot of money for not a lot of gain. I'd much rather have a full set of bumpers, or a good coilover set, even Bi-Xenons if you can find a cheap set at the breakers. Just my personal opinion though!

It works out at about £290 for those ones in the link. So it is quite a bit. The genuine ones for the FL look great, Jmerrie used to have them when he had the leon. Running out of mods to do now lol

Bi-Xenons! Personally I like to do mods that i'll actually see a benefit from. Like all my speaker and stereo upgrades. For me £360 for the genuine tick LED lights is a lot of money anyway, but especially since i'll never see them when they're on haha.

I haven't got to the point where I've ran out of mods yet so i'm lucky Is your interior done now then?

No lol the sport seats as standard have only been put in atm. Dash etc im hoping to start when the weather gets better. The rear seats still need to go in. Someone did list them in leather but did not get back to me. So might do my own style on them if I can be bothered lol.

They work out at the same price roughly mate due to the high delivery charge
