Anyone else getting one soon or just picked one up? Mine is hopefully going to be ready for me in less than 2 weeks. I phoned the dealer and he said that it's in the UK and he should have it on time for me .

Just wondering if there's anyone else as excited as me

I picked up my candy white leon FR+ 12 plate (registered April 2012) ex-demo and got a FAB price, you have the metallic, very nice.

I was very excited and done 400 miles so far lmao it's a fab car

That's good mate, when did you pick it up? Did you go on a nice drive? As I'm from Edinburgh I'm sure we'll pass each other at one time, as our cars will basically be identical (that **** always happens to me lol)

I picked it up on Tuesday from Western Seat I'm from west calder area and work at the gyle so you maybe see me. I haven't seen many new FR+ about my area

Had a fabia vrs remapped but it got pinched before I could trade it in :-/ Leon not too bad but I believe the engine has to lossen up before all the horses are released

that's crap about your fabia mate. I'd guess you do need to run it in a bit but surely with todays engines, it shouldn't take long?

Is it a diesel? If so it'll definitely need running in.

It'd be good if, when it was run in, the sound system just came out with "RELEASE...THE HORSES!" and then dumped a load of power down for you!

In honesty mate I've no idea. The more miles diesels do, the more efficient they get... Someone here will know more though!
