new member please help

I have got a 54 plate leon cupra r the problem I have is with the cental locking it locks ok but when it comes to unlocking only the drivers door will unlock. I have tried pressing the unlocking button twice as per the dealer but still no joy any advise will be great.

sorry to sound completly stupid but what is vag com

its a programme that runs on a lap top plugs into your ecu so changes can be made, also can erase fault codes as well

If it still under warranty take it back and ask for a new set of matts for the inconvenience

im taking it back next week while it is there i think i will get them to revo it as my front mounted intercooler will be here soon
