I never had a SEAT/CUPRA before and I bought a brand new Cupra Formentor 1.5 E-Hybrid 204cv Special Edition DSG 2026, and the first 2 weeks with the car were amazing but now I feel that I'm already starting to have some problems (I think) or might be any configuration I disabled by mistake.
The first one is the ACC or Front assist (im not sure which one) was working since the first time i drove the car, if the car in front of me breaks or start doing a curve my car would slow down and keep the distance (set by the button on the steering wheel) however after some days this icon in big appeared on the digital cockpit (for like 1 second and nothing more)
And this feature started to not work as before, now i only have the car slowing down etc when i set cruise control (in highways) or if i click the "SET" button on the steering wheel but this set like the car to stay at 80km/h (or the current speed limit) but before I didnt need to click on anything and the car would do this by default at any speed never allowing me to "crash" on the car in front of me.
Another problem is with the key, suddently if i leave the car it doesnt lock unless i click the lock button on the key, but sometimes it locks by himself, i reset the setting on the dash and it started working as expected again but im afraid this will happen again and the car is open (any setting i'm missing)
I mean before taking the car to the dealership I wanted just to double check with other owners if this is just settings i might messup or errors with the car.
