New to VAG com

Hi guys , im a VAG COM neewbie and would like some basic help.

I have got full version of system and would like to get a reference of how my car is ie , do some basic logs logs of my MAF , N75 (if you can?) air and fuel mix ect ,
i have done basic search and logged fault codes ect , only found 1 which was interior motion sensor.
Reason i bought VAG com was my revs are hanging , did a post in main forum , but no definate answer.

to get you started, find a quiet long straight, go in to the engine controller, click measuring blocks and select block 003 for Maf, pull away and get into 4th say 30mph, click Log/Start and boot it to the red line. then you can slow and click stop. park up and review the log. the mass air flow is the 3rd? column measured in g/s.

N75 duty is either block 115 or 118, these also measure boost pressure
