new wing mirrors...

Right since i went down to my car today and somone had broke my drivers mirror making both of them broke now Ive dicided to get some dtm style ones as im going euro will suit quite well.....my question though is im going to opt for manual ones as there only £50 for the pair would i be able to swap the electrics from the standard mirrors to the new ones in hense making them electric etc...???

i dont think you could swap the electrics over very easily.
also, i would probably stay away from different style wing mirrors.. always found that the only wing mirrors and body kits to ever suit the ibiza,are standard OEM stuff

just order the oem style passengers side and get the left hand drive drivers side, two stubby's. thats what i have, bought mine from spain so cost me n arm n a leg but well worth it. only problem is getting onto the motorway you have restrictive view.

I would do that with the two stubby's aswell but wanted somthing different plus we get alot of people breaking wing mirrors around where i am and i no it will proberly just happen again...i no the dtm's are basically impossible to snap off aswell...getting on the motorway doesnt bother me my head turns so i just allways look over my shoulder :...i may opt for manual oem lots cheaper then electric plus how often you play with them anyway..??
