Hey guys its taken me a while but iv finally got round to doing a readers ride thread so here we go
I bought the 1.4 Ibiza in candy white abs love the wee car and after having the mk4 version i just thought id get the new one and im glad to say ive never had any problems with it,
The first mod i did was getting the windows tinted and a sun strip, it was then de badged at the back and i think its made the rear of the car look so much better. after a few months i finally got it lowered 35mm on apex springs, this made a massive difference to the appearance of the car as well as the handling, (it doesn't look like a 4x4 any more)
i bought a rip speed DVD player off eBay and bought a radio adapter kit off eBay, it turned out great and with the subs in the boot it made a great addition to the car. you will prob learn i buy everything to do with the car from eBay, and this is where i got the HID conversion kit instead of the standard bulbs, i had to get a tow-bar fitted as well just to pull the kart but dont really use it to much.
i have a few stickers on the car like nurburgring, tho i haven't been i just like the look of it. as well as seatcupra.net and a few other dopey ones. i also carbon fibred the front and rear badges and the heater surrounds and also the fascia around the CD/DVD player.
I had a single 12Inch sub woofer in the boot but upgraded to a double box with 2 12Inch subs, i have also fitted a power cap to help with the power, and a few wee green led light strips too.
i removed the standard air box and in its place i have a little induction kit, which on terms of power didn't give me any noticeable amount but changed the noise a wee bit, also changed the horn to twin air horns.
lastly, yesterday i received black matt vinyl (from eBay lol) and covered the rear bumper behind the number plate and i have to say i really like the look of it now,

rear spoiler
wheel spacers.
