No 12V supply

I have no 12 volt supply going to my cigarette lighter, tryed my Sat Nav in and it wouldn't work and also the cigarette lighter pushes in but doesn't pop out.

Does it use its own indpendent fuse? Because everything else works. Wheres the fuse box?

Fuse box is by your right leg as you sit in the drivers seat. Pull down the cover and you'll see it. Get a multimeter and test fuses, perhaps.
