Hi, i have the same problem, i went to the seat dealer and after good 5 hours, And making sure all piles were OK they told me it is the N75 malfunctioning valve, they didnt have it in stock, this Monday they will replace it

sometimes the boost is gone and then it comes back, and on

Hope this helps, at

Do you have a whistling noise at all? A gasket somewhere on my egr was fooked and I was loosing all my boost there. Only found it after using pfte tape and hose clips on every joint from the turbo to the egr. [:@]

i get whistling/suckin from my induction kit so hard to tell

i unplugged thewiring to the n75 valve and wired it straight to thebattery and the car ran fine but threw up a fault code sayin bank one was running lean.

is my valve shot or wiring problem????

or can i bypass the valve safely without running problems?

no dont wire it up to battery bad arrow man, you can blow ya engine up, what you driveing petrol or diesel? if petrol i have just had the same problem and i almost blew my ecu up.

mine is a petol, so i need to replace the valve?

do you know what voltage runs to your valve? mine seems to be around 3.3v then increases on acceleration.

does this sound correct?

may be am not sure on voltage but, by any chance have you bypassed the sai that thing that warms the cat up, and if you have have you put a resistor in the plug? of it, or maybe the n75 is kput

i had the exact same thing saturday am, foot hard to the floor in 6th @ around 3500rpm and all boost just went, slowed down dropped down a few gears and it just wouldnt accelerate, pulled over shut the car off left it off for a minute fired it up again and no problems at all. I have been reliably informed that it was due to me hitting the boost cut out, probably due to air/vacuum leak or vnt vains in the turbo, i'll have more info as of tuesday when i get it inspected.

HAs anyone messed with the screw in the n75? With any success?

And to check at home for pressure or vaccum leaks, which pipes aré involved in the system?

happy to have my boost back, a new n75 valve and 5 minutes to replace it and the problem is gone. Boost is back and it whistles like I never heard before

n75

hello mate

how much was your n75? and what is the part number?

well I bought it in Mexico in Mexican Pesos, the equivalent was $100 american dollars.

Part number for the cupra is 058 906 283F. Imagine, made in Monaco

Well I live in the center where is 2,000 meters high, with roads in the mountains, also fun to have curves to take, and parts of straight highways, all mixed up. When driving north then you find the very longs 6 lane highways that go for almost 300 km. Its all fun
