No cat, no boxes, will it pass MOT

Step son just bought a Mk4 golf gti 1.8t
Has millteck exhaust but de cat with no boxes, would this get through an MOT.
I think not.
Anyone know for sure??

Nope, will need to pass the emissions test and will struggle without a cat. Unless your very friendly with your local tester...

I had mine on the CO reader today, not sure excatly what reading it was but it should have been less than .3 and with decat it was .6.....so no won't pass.

I am not sure what the regulations are like in Sweden, turbin. In the U.K though it'll be on the borderline, sometimes a 100cell will go through and other times not but as far as I know, a 200cell is safe in respect to U.K emissions regulations.
