No water out of rear wash wipe.

Is having a rear washwiper jet, that doesn't work an MOT failure?
If not I might just blank off the rear pipe.

The rear wiper is not even checked on an MOT. Only the fronts. Doesn't even matter if the blade is split or missing. They only check the screen can be cleared in the direction of main travel of the vehicle.
