Noise when turning left - CV?

We have a 2017 Ateca 2.0TDI 4Drive 40K miles & at slow speeds ie quiet enough for us to hear it, it is making a noise from front drive/suspension when steering wheel turned to left only. It's not the "clunky" sound I've had with previous FWD cars when CV joints or driveshaft are on their way out - more of a "wush-wush-wush" (😂) sound. Nothing when turning to right. Can't see anything physically trapped between wheel/disc/arch etc. Could it be from power steering? Should I be alarmed?
Anyone had similar or have any ideas?
Got 1500mile drive nxt week back to UK so hoping it will be OK.
Thanks 👍

All quite on mine. I don't know whether this is helpful or not:

Suspect a good dealer might be able to pin it down by hearing the noise on a test drive.
