was in longleat the other day in the safari park took a picture must get it up on here but let the revs go up and it made the loudest pop when coming down and scared all the deer lol

Chris finally got the exhaust then what make and what style? did you go custom?

Here's my exhaust. It's a custom one done at a nearby garage. Went for a 6x4 oval as it looks bit Cupra-like imo.Cost me £160 for back box incl fitting and bumper cutting and obviously lifetime warranty.

thanks Mark, really happy with it. I gather with sports exhausts they take a bit of time to 'wear in' and they sound bit different after some miles, but it already pops a bit on overrun which makes me smile haha.

I sure am. Why don't you change it for something else then? At least yours will sound better than if it had the standard pea shooter.

granted it does sound better. Not really fussed on exhausts TBH! This is only on because my original was fooked and this was lying in the shed from my bros old car.

Im fussed now lol. Makes back of my car look so much nicer and sounds more aggressive-was sick of seeing old one poking down below the bumper...not a good look!

cheers guys I could hear the induction kit before the exhaust sucking air in, tbh since yesterday morning ive just been listening to exhaust lol. If my induction kit just made a bit of noise and no performance difference I might take it off, but considering how much livlier it feels since fitting it it's staying on. Compliments the exhaust nicely too.
I was literally standing with two tailpipe styles near my car as I couldn't decide-twins or this oval. Had to be oval in the end and im not disappointed Just nice that when I start it, the rattly 8v noise is hidden by a nice burble.

oh BTW you lot may find this funny, but you know im selling my interior ? i had a PM this morning from some mk2 owner and he offered me £100 for all the seats, seatbelts and door cards.

i think my reply was:

you must be taking the pi$$ mate, i have been offered nearly 6x that amount for all that. it cost me nearly £1k for it all about 6 months ago.
