Hi guys please help if you can.
my wifes Ibiza has a non functioning horn when you press the horn button the relay in the box before the main horn relay in the fuse box clicks, the relay ( number 53 or something) is ok, it is brand new, so is the horn sounder itself. the horn button is fine, but what i have noticed is that the two wires running to it( one brown, one black with thin yellow line on) are both grounded to earth, suggesting a short on at least 1 of them. please advise me of your thoughts.
