Non starting 1.9Tdi

My Toledo has been lying for a while,will not start and have traced to the relay in fuse box under the bonnet that controls the throttle body,the switched earth must have a break in it somewhere as its not earthing,does this goto the Ecu? Where would I find what PIN number on the Ecu that it goes to? Any help would be very much appreciated
