Norma Fitting Concerns

Hi guys. One of the Norma fittings coming off what looks like the boost pipe on my car seems to have misaligned. I think it's the boost recirculation tubing but someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Is there any chance it might be leaking given how it looks in the photo? The valve itself is nowhere near this fitting right?

I've posted a before and after. I've tried reattaching it a few times but it stays like this no matter what.

Very grateful you put this up mate, nice and clear. Allowed us to 'fix' the pipe whilst stranded in Dunkirk enroute to Switzerland towing a trailer. Did the same sort of fix but with an extra 'seal' in the style of a bicycle intube puncture repair, with some hose clips over the top and plenty of Gaffa tape it held out well for the 1600 miles we put on it in a week towing up and down alpine passes. Without this we might've been scuppered and lost the holiday.
