Good morning to all you Formentor users. Have loved the styling look of the Formentor ever since it was released and finally have taken ownership of a 1.4 hybrid. Lovely car and will get another one when the lease is up.

Welcome to SCN, hope the 1.4 is quick enough, as the Formentor is quite a big heavy motor for that engine.

Coming from a 3.0d Jaguar XF the answer is no, but hey it’s quieter and I’m enjoying the electric driving around town.

Welcome. It's the fun engine that closes down one cylinder if I've got it right. Probably you wouldn't want the weight of a bigger engine for the hybrid mode. As long as I don't get run over in a car park by a quite running hybrid or EV I'm happy.

Electric is perfect for local use with home charging and the hybrid you have the engine as well.
