Try unplugging your MAF to rule that out as a possible issue. Only fault codes you should get then is one for the MAF, low reading, and the P0420 for Bank1 Catalyst system below efficiency.

As people have said, your car will ALWAYS only show up Bank 1 when it brings up lambda faults.

B1S1 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) is your pre-cat sensor, responsible for fuelling.
B1S2 (Bank 1 Sensor 2) is the post -cat sensor, responsible for telling the ECU if the cat is working properly.

As you have a decat, the fault code for B1S2 will be logged ;) get that spacer installed.

As said, why would you get another pre-car sensor?

I thought it was your pre-cat sensor you replaced?

Yeah I did a week or so ago but like I say I'm still getting the code.
So when people on here where saying bank 1 and 2 are both the same code I went out there this afternoon and changed the post cat one that's when it bought up the other code. Sorry should have made it a bit clearer.

Lol I can't fit the spacer I tried earlier. I have a 90 degree spacer and the exhaust that the car has on it is one that has been made up by some company when the person who previously had the car had it done . And it just looks crap to me. And the post cat sensor bung is already welded in at an angle and is on the top of the exhaust so when I put the spacer in you can't get the sensor in. So looks like I need a new down pipe / decat.

Is it not possiible to rotate the pipe so the bug faces to the side?

No cause whoever made the exhaust has welded the decat pipe to the down pipe . Basically the down pipe has been cut then a straight through piece of pipe has been welded on . Ideally I need a new down pipe and I want a resonated centre section put in then I should be able to keep my back box. But it will have to wait due to lack of funds.

Might as well buy a new 3" downpipe and decat or just go full system if that's what your planning! I don't get how the old lambda would fit and an elbow spacer wouldn't? You can get straight spacers but might not work?

Yeah that's what I'm hoping to do 3" down pipe and then a centre section. I'm gonna have another look tomorrow and see if I can get the spacer in there somehow. I will take a pic tomorrow it's pretty shocking really what's been done on the exhaust lol.
