You need a wifi adapter for iPhone as the Bluetooth I's locked for iPhone 2 iPhone only. I have downloaded rev and Dashcommand apps. I have ordered a wifi adapter and I'll let you know what it's like when it arrives. The Dashcommand app I's pretty cool with downloadable dashboards from famous cars such as the lexis lfa.

Search wifi obd2 and they come up from £34 from japan to £ 60 from uk. I'll try posting a link when I get home as I'm on my phone.

it says its compatible with dash command on iphone

oh forgot to mention, you can scan/erase fault codes too.. so its quite a useful little investment

I've ordered this one and got DashCommand (34 quid!!!!).

Will post experiences once it arrives

Got my dongle, misinterpreted the part about supporting Apple iOS...now have an ANDROID Elm327 1.5 Bluetooth dongle I need to get rid of.... .... ....

Good luck. I always did mine from the very first iPhone to the iPhone 4 lol. Its an app in Cydia you require. Not sure of the name but im sure there is info available if you google it

If I knew a jail break phone could use Bluetooth I would have got the cheaper dongle lol. What do you guys think will be faster and most accurate between wireless and Bluetooth?

I think Wifi would be the stronger option but dont know how much i could back that up with

Wifi I's supposed to be faster apparently as the data transfer I's not restricted by speed limits. But a direct cable I's the best.
