Hope someone can shed some light on this, I've searched but can't find anything exactly like this problem...
I've just had the car (LC) serviced, and also had the wheels swapped front to back. Now since then I have an odd grumbling/rubbing noise coming from the OSF wheel. I'm pretty certain it's not a bearing, as there are no noises when turning etc. The problem is most evident at slow (<20mph) speeds, and seems less noticeable when under power.
I've checked the wheel bolts which are nice and tight, car doesn't pull in either direction, it brakes in a straight line, and I don't think it's the bearing. (there isn't any appreciable vibration through the wheel either). I've also checked the balancing weights on the wheels and no problems there either.....
Just wonder if anyone has experienced anything similar, or any suggestions what else to check....only thing I could think of was maybe a sticking pad/caliper, but seeing as the brakes have just been cleaned/greased at the service seems unlikely....
Thanks in advance!!
Andy
