odd problem, help needed asap

Couldn't find anything after a search.

When changing up through the gears at low revs there is a momentary loss of power at about 2000rpm. It's almost like the engine braking you get when going down through the gears. It's most noticeable in 2nd gear.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't do it when the car is cold and didn't do it when I first got the car.

Any idea guys?

Turbo lag? but then if it did not happen before you must have got to grips with it already.

Defo take it to dealers and get it looked at. If not brand new it may have some old remap sotware on it that I know can play havoc with the cars acceleration.

Apparently the MAF had an electrical fault.

All fixed now and the car appears to run very nicely again :funk:
