I would have been spitting blood if i were travelling that far just for the ibiza........

Faults were>

Hardly able to select first gear (and if you could it would crunch in and/or pop out again)
an engine mount was knackered
lowered on standard or knackered shocks
rattling noise from the top end (i will post a video of this later!)

Apart from that it was a decent car lol.....needless to say i walked away from it

I did however swap my C reg Golf gti 8v 3 door with 146k miles for an M reg Golf gti 16v with 115k miles in liverpool, drives lovely, didn't miss a beat in the 301 miles we did in it today

A few niggly bits here and there but she'll do for the moment

my friends mk3 golf does this in reverse, is this the reason why it does???
