Oil Filter

Hello. I have just serviced my car. Everything went well, but I could not remove the oil filter housing on my Seat Leon 1.6 TDI estate, only the small internal part to let the oil out, so I was forced to only change the oil and not the filter. My question is that if I get a torque wrench and manage to remove the filter housing, will oil 4.6 litres of oil I just put in come out?

No you wouldn't loose all of your 4.6L of oil if you just change the filter.
You'll loose the oil contained in the filter housing and any oil in the gallery's feeding the housing.
