Oil for 2001 Cupra

Hey folks

I have been reading through the forum and it's great. I am just wondering though. I am going to change the oil tomorrow and was looking for info on what is best oil to use for 2001 Ibiza Cupra. i think im gonna buy a pipercross induction kit aswell

Synta Gold 5-40Costs about £30 from the dealers i had to use a vw dealership as the seat one near me didnt have much of a clue! I assume you`ll be doing the filter aswell?

If you want Synta Gold 5W-40 try this, 25 Litres of it for £50, thats 5 oil changes:

I got mine from them, no problems the container is still sealed etc.

I use valvoline 5w40 full synth, does the job and I can get 5 litres for £16 at the wholesale place I use.
