Yours is not a healthy car is it?

I was always, always told how healthy the engine was. Had nice RR graph to show it, she was perfect! Could never fault her in anyway! Never had an issue.

But since a well know company did some major work earlier this year, she's got worse. And I can't get her to run how she used to.

Not happy.

There's people out there who have worse issues than me with their cars. The TFSI engines are, quite frankly, ****.

I hope you do get it sorted to a sellable state I can imagine that you've had enough.

I'm thinking about just swapping it for another. Maybe a diesel FR as I've been wanting a diesel for a while how.

I probably won't be lucky enough to find one with the K1 body kit or the twin exhausts though I love my milltek!

The reason I swapped is exactly as you said above in a way; how often do you come across a btcc kit for sale that's in good nick...and DSG was an added requirement for me. And it was white! So when I saw this for sale, I had to go for it. The only thing was that it's a diesel. We figured we'd give it a go.

It's a great car, and the mpg is great, but we're most likely going to get a petrol again afterwards. It's just more fun. Much more.

The CR170 is very comfy though. Very smooth and (relatively) quiet engine

I don't blame you in that case, certainly looks like a nice car. But as you say, petrols are more fun for sure. Diesels just don't have the same performance as you do with a petrol!

well i have had my fair share of issues lol

mainly due to the fact that the dealers are crap , have no clue what they are doing and guess half the time.
i think its just luck of the draw if you get a good one or not

Went well thanks. They picked it up and dropped off. Thumbs up to Western Seat Newcastle.

Was just a blown fuse on the MAF circuit
