It was going to happen! I bought the LCR back in January last year saying to myself that it had everything i needed and wouldn't put any money into modding it........although there was always a plan to remap from the start. So, that started it all back at Inters last year with the deal on Customcode. Since then, the obligatory Forge DV went on, closely followed by the Jabbasport induction kit.......that got me through to late last year when i thought that i'd call it quits.

Until the last couple of weeks. Damn these ideas!!

So, the Powerflex dogbone bushes went on a couple of weeks back, the S2000 stubby aerial has just been ordered off fleabay and next week there will be a cat back system of sorts on order (not doing turbo back, mainly to stop any temptation of phase 2 maps just to clear the lamba fault!), this will be closely followed by a Forge split-R, and either a short shift or a TIP........the only decision i can't make just yet. I will also hopefully be getting the old girl in for a bit of smartening up in the front bumper paint department too!

Why oh why have i not grown out of this damn addiction yet!

I think the short shift would make a more noticable difference.

I know what you mean though, I'm not modding my next car either - but I can tell you where to get upgraded OEM steering wheels and gear knobs, and I can tell you about a few different tuning options I can also tell you how to retrofit the OEM Bluetooth kit and the Xenons

It's a slippery slope and once you get on it, there is little way of getting off.

I said when I bought the car that I'm not doing anything tooooo big to the car. Remap was always on the cards and will happen, but other than that it's just little bits to tailor it to my personal needs. Things like in my signature for instance, all little bits that make their own mark on the car.

The biggest thing I'll be doing is a remap and possibly tinkering with the suspension a little.

Well, i'll be off to Forge on Wednesday to get a Split R, so that'll be on before long. The 3/4 size front plate has just been ordered, and that'll be on around the same time. Will get some pics up as i start to put things on. Can't wait!!!!
