Hi there,
I've had my MK6 Seat Ibiza for quite a while now and there have been a few annoying issues with the Infotainment, specifically the online services.
Ever since I got it, I have been unable to setup my account as the primary user (it gets stuck after using both keys for verification), meaning I get a popup every time I start the car and I am unable to use certain features.
Additionally, it gets stuck on "Loading user Profile", before even showing my name about every third time I start it now, so I have to reboot the infotainment 1-3 times until it is fixed.
Regarding the primary user, I have gone to a SEAT dealer who told my it is not covered by warranty (as the warranty guide suggests), so I paid them to do a software update (which didn't help).

Please let me know if there's anything I can do with e.g. obdeleven.
Considering I am having both of these issues I was thinking something might be coded wrong or a module faulty.
Besides that I always have some mysterious module communication error messages, but I think those are unrelated.

This is my current System information:
Device part number: 6F0035820
Hardware: H56
Software: 0870
Navigation database: 19.11
Media Codec: 3.1.4
Radio database: 1.30.36

Thanks in advance ?

Hi there! It sounds like you're dealing with a couple of frustrating issues. Based on what you’ve described, it’s possible that there could be a coding mismatch or a fault in one of the modules that's causing these errors. The mysterious module communication errors might not directly impact your main issues, but they could still be worth digging into since they might point to a deeper underlying problem.

If you haven’t already, I’d suggest using OBDeleven to check for any specific fault codes and see if there’s anything unusual in the system logs. Sometimes, clearing old errors or updating the system software can make a difference. Additionally, verifying the coding or adaptation
settings for the module might be a good idea, in case something has been inadvertently changed. If a module itself is faulty, it might need replacement, but diagnosing it with a tool like OBDeleven can confirm that.

Hopefully, this helps point you in the right direction! Feel free to share any fault codes or additional details you come across, and maybe we can troubleshoot further.
Hi and thank you for your reply!
The login issue has been there since I bought there car, and the navigation on the display beteeen the dials not loading since the dealer did a software upgrade on the main unit to fix said login issue...

I'll attach screenshots of the (persisten) fault codes. They seem to indicate what you've suggested, but in all honesty I have no clue how to fix them.

I believe i have managed to solve the issue with the navigation display by going into:
Multimedia 5f
Adaption
function_configuration_pso
and setting
pso_function to Deactivated

That was the main thing, but i also messed around with the settings in
5f
Adaption
function_configuration_navigation

And disabled some settings there. Doubt any of that had to do with it though.
