Hello all!
Been a long time coming but thought I'd post up a few pictures of where my car is today from when I got it 2 years ago. Bought it from a chap up north and was in fairly good nick with all the normal Cupra R refinements and a few minor mods including the seat sport suspension kit and a cat back exhaust:
Kept the car as it was until September 08 (bar some nice eagle F1's) when I decided I wanted to up the anti before going back to the Nurburg ring for the 3rd year running. Firstly I replaced the standard Brembo pads and disks with Ferodo d2500's and some elliptically grooved beauties. Went on to get some kw coilovers to replace the seat suspension kit as it was no where near as aggressive as I wanted, complimented this with some front and rear Neuspeed arb's.
With stopping and handling vastly improved thought it was time to look at what power options would fit my limited budget. With the expert assistance of badger 5 got the full k03s package inclusive of all the goodies, full 2.5" turbo back Milltek system, Milltek sport cat, large Greencone filter, Forge tip, Forge fmic, Forge dv etc all tied together with a Custom Code stage 2 remap.
Going to the ring next weekend and am very excited
. Had a test up at Castle Combe a few weeks back and it really held its own against a lot quicker cars on paper, oh and didn't break down bar a few melted coilpacks 
Aesthetically the existing OZ's were peeled and generally looking a bit shabby so got them resprayed in white with new decals.
Here it is today, apologies for them not being the most artistic shots, was in a bit of a rush when I took them!
Opinions welcome!
Plans for the future include uprated mounts and bushes, VR6 clutch and fly when mine goes (fingers crossed thats not too soon), wax oiling of underside when I find the time, LSD and hybrid may also be on the cards...
