Outside temp. sensor - good news!

I went to the stealers to get my outside temp sensor replaced. Turns out Seat now gives a 2-year warranty for it.

i wouldnt bother paying dealer to change it - its easy to change your self -

is it? where abouts is it located, in the grill somewhere or around bumper? Also do you have any website/dealer where you can order them

IIRC its located under the passengerside wing mirror? Your local stealers should be able to sort out with just parts.

Spot on.

Will they give you 2 year warranty if you "cut n shut" it with solder etc. It's a bit of a bugger to change the whole lot as you get a new connector block which is the same as the one in there - someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Part is about £22

as its not installed by them id assume they throw the two year warrenty out of the window -
