P0041

I have fr model of the ibiza, just bought it about a month ago and now the engine light came on, the code is P0041, can't really find anything on how to fix it so I am looking for advice or any experience with this code, can I still drive the car without the fear of doing some damage? It runs normal, expect when you press the gas pedal on neutral the rpms go down slowly, dont know if that is part of the issue.

Well my dad fixed the breathing valve couple weeks ago but thats it, could that effect the wiring?
