p0230 error code problems

p0230 code has come up intermittently on my tdipd 150
read somewhere it could be the relay
anyone know where that is and how much to replace

16614/P0230 - Fuel Pump Primary Circuit: Malfunction
Possible Causes

Wiring and/or connections to/from fuel pump(relay) shorted/open
Fuel pump damaged
Control Module damaged

pulled from the ross tech wiki

other than that i have no idea hopefully of some help
