P0605 problem fr diesel

Mates car has come up with this code and he had the code cleared before I could get to it so don't know what it is!
Anyone know?

That's the one!
Also it has now pulled up the cam sensor error. Wondering if that's causing the rom error. He says it sometimes turns over for ages before starting!
