got a p1549 fault boost pressure valve short to ground can anyone help me resolve it

sounds like a dud N75 , do u have a friend who you could swap with

i have changed the n75 but still is flat only getting 3 psi if lucky i have now changed the n249 valve and the one next to it i have just scanned my car have go no faults but still only getting 3 psi
