Panel missing under boot?

Hi all, I recently bought a Seat Ibiza FR 2019. The other day I was cleaning it and noticed a panel missing under the boot. Can anyone advise what should be here and where I can get a replacement?

That opening will be to accommodate a tow bar.

I don’t think anything missing - the Leon’s rear bumper has a similar cut-out - see discussion threads at links below;

It's meant to be like that, the Arona is the same also, it's for a towbar
