Part exchange valuation!

Had a couple of part exchange valuations on my LCR 210 (03) with 47k and full seat history against a mini clubman. Car is in great condition and standard.

One was £6k and the other £6.5k!

Surely worth more than this?? Anyone else had any recent valuations?

I had my 32k, 2002 lc valued at 4k at one place and then 6K by another against a £12,000 lcr about 4 months ago, must have really wanted to get shot of that lcr then, which is why i didn't buy it.

Seems low to me!

For comparison, I part exchanged my 53 plate 225 LCR about three months ago (37k on the clock). I had two dealers both offer me 10k for it. In fact, they were both keen to have the car as thay felt even at that it was a good price for them to pay.

So either they have plummeted in value or they are being typical dealers and trying the rip off!
