Parts dept at Seat dealership in sunderland

Parts department in Sunderland dealership talk a load of rubbish and dont really know what they are talking about. Have a problem with a cd changer at the moment and parts manager keeps telling me i need the connects 2 box even though its a genuine VW changer that i have along with a VW cable to fit.

have you taken him the changer to show him? no doubt he'll probably tell you its a VW changer and you have a seat

He has this thing about it not being a sony changer. Its genuine VW/Seat stuff so i think he just doesnt know what hes talking about. Im taking it to another dealer tomorrow for them to have another look
