pcv delete help please

hi all i have tried search but no help, i seem to have a slight oil leak from around pcv valve, now do i just replace that piece as i cant see any plastic or rubber hoses split or broken or do i do the delete in which case i need help please , i take it the brake servo hose would just connect up to the left of manifold but use the one way valve thats further along in pcv system? and do i then run a hose from crankcase plastic part to t piece by the head/breather, that then to catch can and catch can to turbo inlet hose? any links with diagrams i can see would be helpful too please or where best to buy parts i need, my only objection to catch can is having to empty it on a regular basis? thanks
