managed to sort out the ride height today, sourced some stance+ coilovers that were 6month old of a car that was breaking on eBay, here are the results..

Just to update this I've changed the front springs to the 35mm 29526-2 and the difference is night and day. No more back breaking over pot holes! I didn't fit the powerflex -10mm top mounts yet, going to wait for them to settle and decide from there
