pd 160 intake

Is it cheaper to buy a pd 160 intake at a skoda dealer than a seat dealer....just wondering if they share the same parts

I don't think you can get the parts from Skoda as they don't sell a Fabia with that engine hence the Skoda boys all getting them from Seat.

cheers.....may be I should try and get a second hand one..brand new at seat dealer are ridiculously expensive

What do you call rediculously expensive? From memory both bits were less than £35 together when I got them for my old Ibiza.

when u think thats just 2 bits of plastic and the one u have at the moment wont be needed anymore ...what a waste
