someone HELP!!! i have a Seat Leon TDi 90bhp 66kw (ALH) 2001, i gave my car to a local garage who changed the cambelt, water pump and tensioners and oil and filters etc, since ive got it back the turbo doesnt kick in as good as it used to. Usually after 1900rpm you could feel the torque but now can only feel it when u hit around 2500 or sometimes higher...
the garage has used PD engine oil in my non-PD car.... could this be the problem or could it be that the timing belt hasnt been timed properly???

please reply asap

the oil - i wouldnt worry, pd oil is a better standard.

with regards to the performance loss, yes on the old non pds timing needs to be checked after changing the belt, so this could be out. But also they could have no re-connected a pipe up right meaning boost or vacuum leak. Sounds like you need to get it back to them.

AH COOL, cheers... are you 100% sure the oil doesnt make a performance difference?
