PD100 Top speed

hi i have a remapped fr tdi which iv had about 135-140mph out but that went in to limp mode does any 1 no why it would go in to limp mode when i cain it as i read that ur pd 100 did wen u cained it ??????

Hi there,
Never worked out what caused mine to do it to be honest.
Sold the car a number of months after I made this post, I figured however that either the injectors could keep up with the fuelling or it was a breathing fault.

I figured as I was never going to go that speed again I'd not worry about it.
The best way is to find someone local with VAGCOM ask them to hook it up. it should of brought up a fault.

cheers for the reply i have upgraded to pd 160 intake and green panel filter maby that could of sorted it . bt like you say nt likely to be goin that fast so im nt that worried thanks

Ive had mine at 140 on GPS on a private bit of land. And on the logbook its a PD100

130mph in my fabia pd100 remapped to 140bhp and obviously on a private road. It would have gone more but i chickened out!
