ARL is the most common 150pd worldwide in VAG.
Not sure about the injectors being different though? Some will tell you the nozzles are different but both have the same max flow???????

Its always worth checking the engine code when buying a car from the Arthur Daly's of this world. I have had 2 customers this year call and ask for 115pd tuning and when they turn up they have 110tdi's. Both were sold on the 115pd words of the car dealer. I know one of those customers actually got the dealer to swap the car or else trading standards were to be called. Not sure what happened to the other guy tho.

I know what you mean Richard my mate nearly bought a so called Bora 130PD a while ago and when he checked the engine code it was a 115PD so walked away. He doesn't want to fall into that trap again but from what I have heard this golf is a genuine car with leather recaro's, all the toys and is absolutly mint. He is smitten though I can tell so I expect him to buy it today if all is well, we will see.

Was just told to me by someone in the know - I had to take their experienced word for it. Despite VAG giving them the same part number apparently bosch make the pd150 ones better. :) I can't prove it, just relaying what I was told. :D

i think someone pulling your leg. There is no way a picker at VWG warehouse would know what car he is picking the part for so if there are 2 versions there is no guarantee which one would arrive at a dealership. Two versions of a part would be identified by differing part numbers

Also why would they even want to make them better, because as we all know the 130 injectors are good for 200+.
