Thanks mate, will go out in a little while to have a go.

The fog lights I have been given actually have the bulbs in them, so thats one less job for me:)

Will let you know how it goes.

Thats alright mate... so the dealer put bulbs in them, wow... jsut check them in the back to make sure there plugged in properly....

Post up if you have any problems...;)

Just been outside, and got them switched in about 5 minutes - what I was doing wrong before - I didnt see the screw!!!!

Anyway I have put tape over both the new ones, it may not stop them from breaking again, but it will prevent them from smashing as they will be stuck.

I got the fogs second hand from here, and they already had bulbs, so I now also have two spare from the ones I have just swapped out.

Thanks so much for the help, easy now I know how!

No problems!

Glad i could help and save you the hundred odd for Seat to do it!!!

I have put security film on mine as the glass is crap at not breaking, but with the film on them they survive alot longer!!

How thick is the film you use and where did you get it? I just used 1 layer of selotape, but thinking of using something better than that.

I got a headlamp proctection film from Halfords and cut the spots out of the film in that pack... it uber hard on setting onto it and near crack proof... and the best bit you never tell without being a foot away that the film is even on there...;)
