people with flip out TV/DVD units etc

where have you all mounted your hide away units/brains for the headunit?

i currently have mine under my passenger seat but its not ideal as it can get kicked etc.

i dont think some of the wires are long enough to reach the boot.

ive got an alpine IVA-D310RB and the brain is pretty big. i tried with the glovebox but no joy, this is now full of the excess wire and my ipod interface untill i figure out where to mount the brain proply.

its 28cm x 17cm and with the wires going to it aswell.....

i've got my bluetooth and sat-nav bits from my kenwood screen in a space behind the centre vents. with the glovebox out, look up into the centre console to where is effectively behind the vents and you should see a shelf-like space? may fit there?

mine is in the boot aswell, a alpine one! you have to get a long nav lead becuse the one that alpine give you is way too short

Ive got a kenwood monitor and satnav. Ive got the brain units under the rear seats, tight fit but no problems. I havent decided where to put the dvd player yet....
